Using this buzzer could not be more simple. Its two wires and using an Arduino Library that has already written examples. So easy.
The black wire is grounded, while the red wire goes to digital pin 8 on the Arduino.
Getting started with a buzzer is as easy as opening up the toneMelody Example in the Arduino IDE File -> Examples -> 02.Digital -> toneMelody. Select the correct board and the correct usb port hit upload and reset the Arduino and the buzzer will come to life.

Great Buzzer!
This buzzer is really loud at only 9v I have yet to try it on its high of 28, but I may go deaf! Great price and great quality.

very good value
Actually got it to work under 2 volts, although very quiet. At 10 v+ very loud!
Good loud buzzer though not the most robust build.

WOW! LOUD!
I was very happy with how loud these were. I made some door alarms for my friends with these.
One sounded like a sick mouse, but I think that’s because it got too hot soldering.
Radio Shack sells quieter buzzers for $2 or $3.

What a buzz
Great little buzzer.
Small and plenty loud.
Using one for a buzzer when laundry is washed, can hear it from basement on first floor.
